Returns: If you need to exchange or return a shirt please contact us at support@localmadeprint.com. We will send you instructions on how to do so. All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Holiday, campaign, and sale items are final sale. Local Made Creative + Print will gladly cover the cost of shipping for damaged, incorrect items or mistakes on our end. Refunds typically take up to 2 business days to return to a customer’s account.

 

Shipping: After placing your order, you can expect to receive your tracking number within 3-5 business days. Our fulfillment department is closed on weekends and major holidays. Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, many suppliers are temporarily closed, fulfillment may take a little longer during this time, so we kindly ask for your patience. We’ll get it to you, we promise! Once fulfilled, you should receive an email from us with a specific USPS tracking number that will give you real time updates about when your new favorite tee will arrive on your doorstep!
